Trademarking & Intellectual Property Info for Any Business

While working with new and existing business owners, one question which often reoccurs is what type of protection should be obtained for the various types of property created by the business. In the early stages of a business, this property may include such items as the name of the business, the logo, business purpose, written materials related to the business operation, advertising materials, and quite possibly the actual property for which the business itself has been created.
